Pizzeria Locale in Boulder is inspired by the great pizzerias of Naples, Italy. Set in a modern, casual and inviting atmosphere, guests at Pizzeria Locale are transported to southern Italy through classic Napoletana-inspired dishes, a regional Italian wine list and selection of spritzes and amaro-based cocktails.

Located in Washington, D.C.’s Mount Vernon neighborhood, RPM Italian is modern in approach and Italian in spirit and features a contemporary, chef­-driven menu with dishes meant to be shared.

While wandering in Venice, you may be lucky enough to stumble upon a bacaro. Far from the crowds, tucked away on side streets and alongside canals, a bacaro is a quintessential Northern Italian wine bar. This is the inspiration behind Bacaro and we hope to emulate the same experience in our own city. A place to stop for a quick spritz, enjoy a few drinks with friends or an all-night dinner: a bacaro is casual and intimate all at once.

Sfoglina (sfoal-yee-nah) is Fabio Trabocchi’s ode to the Italian Dolce Vita and the craft of handmade pasta. It is inspired by the female pasta makers of Italy—today it’s cultural icons–who carried on the tradition and the art of making pasta by hand. The craft is showcased daily in our pasta rooms. Sfoglina serves light and seasonal salads, appetizers, shareable meat and seafood entrees, and authentic, family-favorite Italian desserts. Our charming venues feature a whimsical design and timeless Italian cocktails, approachable Italian wines, and comfy patios for al fresco dining.

A spirited, bar-driven restaurant serving rustic Italian fare with modern sensibilities, Tratto means the stroke of a pen in Italian, a nod to the neighborhood’s artistic history. A flavorful menu of simple, delicious and shareable dishes coupled with casual, communal-style dining creates a neighborhood bar experience inspired by the Italian happy hour tradition of “aperitivo.”
