Together with Dandelion Chocolate’s Curriculum Director, Stephen Durfee, we’ll revisit The Great Book of Chocolate and discuss how sourcing, production, and flavor have shifted in recent years. The evening includes a live Q&A, book signing, a tasting of single-origin dark chocolate, and concludes with a recipe from the book.
